Man It's Been a While....

I haven't been around in a while....what can I say, I've been busy! Just a quick update: Sophia has lost that mysterious, smelly bug, but for her birthday she got a nasty cold from her Daddy, which I then got on my birthday. Speaking of birthdays, everyone in our family has had their birthday...we survived another 3 days of celebration....Let's see, what else? The TBDBITLetter is OFFICIALLY mine. Yeah....I haven't done much with it yet. Whoops....

Alright, well the Olympics are upon us. While I do admit, I am a SUMMER Olympics fan, I enjoy parts of the Winter Games. SHAUN WHITE WAS SICK LAST NIGHT. Holy crap, that McDouble with Cheese or whatever he did there at the end....WHO THINKS UP THIS STUFF?!?!?!?!!!! I mean, McDonald's has to be "Lovin' It" since everything has a "Mc" in it, but that was WICKED!!! One thing though...DO THEY HAVE TO HAVE THEIR SNOWPANTS HANGING DOWN???!!! I hate seeing that with jeans, let alone dirty dirty dirty stoners in the Olympics. (Seriously, that one Japanese guy needed to WASH HIS HAIR) In other Olympic-lore, how much of a badass is Lindsey Vonn? Git 'em, gurl! It's completely unpredictable, but there are a few predictions I must make: (1) the US will NOT win a medal in curling....TERRIBLE; (2) if anyone other than Canada wins Men's Hockey, it will be like Miracle, only without the communism and decades of hate; (3) male figure skaters are, for the most part, sufficiently "happy."

In a completely different twist, it is my opinion that Olympic hockey should go back to amateurs. How can you expect me to cheer for Team USA (though I will) when all the best NHL players in the Olympics play for Canada or Russia? I mean, did you SEE Ovechkin against Latvia? INSANE.

That's about all I've got for today...there's a big day of laundry, cleaning, and playing planned!
